I am suffering from this very severe problem, it returns every day when I am riding bike, sitting on chair even if watching mobile or reading books in lying position. sometimes I could not able to sit on the ground. but when pressing the crease between middle and ring finger, the pain is subsides and also some times I have to press two points on my buttock near my coccyx, the pain is totally subsides, but it returns when I am doing the above tasks, Have you any remedies?

I don’t have the Acupressure Kit yet so I will try with finger pressure on my maid if she needs. I don’t have any other members of the family with me.
